Current U.S. Dietary Guidelines recommend that adults eat 7-13 servings of fruits and vegetables per day. The USDA also recommends 30 minutes of moderate to vigorous activity most days of the week (60 minutes a day for kids). The context is that we need to find ways to meet these recommendations as part of a healthy lifestyle if we want the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.

Eating Juice Plus+ in combination with regular exercise create a noticeable “fitness effect” in you. You will be so impressed that you will continue the habit of a healthier diet (the recommendation is that you also eat the fruits and vegetables as well as eat the Juice Plus – of course) and a regular daily dose of exercise. If you are a member of our practice and don’t know what exercise to do, call me or send an email and I’ll help you. If you are not a patient, email me and I’ll do what I can to help.

Enjoy better health and better fitness!

The Checklist

1. Take Juice Plus Orchard and Garden Blends as recommended – every day.

2. Eat better – especially more fruits and vegetables.

3. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week.

4. Drink plenty of water.

“When it comes to exercise and nutrition, we need to bridge the gap between what we should be doing and what we’re actually doing. The good news is that it’s simple. Regular physical activity of any kind helps bridge the exercise gap. Taking Juice Plus every day helps bridge the nutritional gap.”

Jeff Olson, two-time Olympian and three-time U.S. national downhill ski champion
