Wellness Chiropractic Care includes… exercise

In this case Tai Chi exercise.

So here is a nearly 10 minute YouTube sample of our Long Round Hand Form (Right handed version). It’s 15- 30 minutes of the best exercise there is.

Notice that this is filmed by Tim Griffis of Northwest Video Edge. It doesn’t get any better.

This is particularly useful footage if you are a student wondering how various Styles and various transitions can look. Notice especially the feet, and the angles, as well as the way the legs, waist, torso and arm motion is integrated. (Also notice that in the still photo above I am almost, or I am breaking the knee rule, and I have slightly lost the “line” from top of head to tailbone… it’s not an easy Style to do perfectly every time.

  1. Thanks for the post, Dr. D:) More people need to understand the benefit of exercise in conjunction with chiropractic care. It allows for the adjustments to hold longer since you are also stabilizing the surrounding segments. Continued success!
