An apple has some 400 plus nutrients in it that we know of. Our bodies know what to do with an apple to get the most out of every one. The difference between whole food nutrition and a “multi-vitamin” is the difference between “let your food be your medicine” and an experiment.

Eat apples, the best and freshest that you can afford. Organic, local and in season when you can. Clean them no matter what; then eat all the apple.

If you can’t eat this well, then supplement accordingly with WHOLE FOOD supplements.
