The Get Up

Known as the Turkish Get-Up, this is a favorite among the Kettlebell and rehab communities. Try it!

I don’t know if I have already put this video here on the Blog but it’s worth having and doing, even for the average patient, once you are out of pain and want to continue into rehabilitation. The many fine points are important – crucial really – if you plan on going up in weight much.
