  1. The Permian Extinction killed off 95% of life on Earth, but it took millions of years to do it. The asteroid or comet that killed off the Dino’s took out 74% of life on Earth. But, while the impact was instant- a micro instant- the great die off took a few hundred years before leveling off. We’ve managed to kill off 52% of life on Earth, not in thousands of years, or even hundreds, but something that’s never been seen on this planet before; in DECADES. We have really messed the ecosystem up, and we will face the consequences.
