The New York Times… on Falls and Fall Prevention… and Tai Chi

I think the last paragraph in this article may be the most important…

Part Two is depressing so I wouldn’t recommend reading it. The take home message, I think, is that people over estimate what they can do. It’s human nature, and common on all kinds of levels – we see it in the office every week. But, it’s a serious mistake and can have serious consequences.
