Stretch & Flex Worksite Warm up: Qualifying Comments

Soon I will write a piece on the thought process for developing a 15-minute pre-workday employee exercise routine, and a sample example of a possible result.

But first I want to go on record with this comment: If a person had a traditional Tai Chi Hand Form which can take about 15 minutes, they would just do that!

No stretch & flex session, no matter how brilliant, compares to 15 minutes of Tai chi.
