A Patient Came In The Other Day And Said, “I didn’t know that you teach tai chi.”

Yep, Monday nights, 7 p.m. at Peak Health & Fitness, and during the Fall and Winter Quarters, at the Everett Community College on Thursday nights at 7 p.m.

And we offer Biofreeze, Gym Balls, Ice packs and Backtivators at the office…

… which is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 a.m. til 7 p.m.

We also recommend and offer JuicePlus+ supplements including the Orchard, Garden and Vineyard capsules and Chewables as well as the Complete Protein shakes.

We do custom Orthotics for the feet too, some of the best there is – for more than 12 years I would say.

I also consult on Back Injury Prevention with companies that are interested in measuring and reducing their risk of the cost of those injuries.
