Tai Chi – Drape The Body



  1. I am a huge fan of tai chi – it is one of the most relaxing but beneficial exercises I’ve ever tried. Thanks for sharing this video, hope it inspires more people to give it a try!

  2. Thanks Jordan. Yes, tai chi is now considered the “Perfect” exercise and for very good reason. It’s the total package. But… of course you have to find good instruction or it’s much like anything else: lots of choice but little value. Thanks for visiting! DrD
