Right now – right this very minute – you are somewhere on the spectrum between perfect health and… dead.
More than that, you are moving along that spectrum – in one direction or the other.
If you are someone who wants to move in the direction of health, there are five or six simple changes (physical, chemical or mental/emotional), any ONE of which you could make, that would leverage all your time, energy and money to make huge gains in a (relatively) short time toward your goal: more health.
One Simple Change is an event held in our office now and then. The next event is Wednesday, March 23rd at 6:30 p.m. We will be joined by Carolyn Carman, who is a Health and Wellness Coach with much valuable experience. There you will learn about simple changes that change everything. Understanding these choices will help you to choose which moves you might want to make to move yourself along that spectrum in the right direction. Her and I have done all the work so that your job becomes much easier and simpler. (We know that you and your situation are unique, and so should your choices be, but… these things can be organized into groups and categories… and we have done that for you.)
The last time we held this event no one contacted me to say they were attended and I cancelled it. Then, on the day of the event, I found out that there were many people who wanted to attend, and planned to attend – they just hadn’t mentioned it. Don’t be that person; be the person who calls or emails to let me know that you want to attend. That way we can manage the crowd and confirm the date.
