May is Posture Month: What’s Not To Like

Filed under: Uncategorized — doctordilday @ 4:00 pm

Good posture helps you look younger, more attractive and more vibrant. It communicates confidence, presence and openness, increasing energy and reducing stress. It literally opens up the diaphragm, helping you to breather better. And, while it engages your core, it also gives your internal organs the room they need to aid in digestion.

A simple change in posture can change all of that. It can be a factor in creating health just as it may have been a factor contributing to dysfunction and disease.

It’s Posture Month. What would happen if you worked on your posture off and on throughout the month? How much could you change it? What would that look like and feel like? And how many of those benefits could you start to experience in just a month?

Good game: find out.
