56. Lowers your heart rate response to physical exertion. (That means that even though you are doing work, your heart rate stays reasonably low. Why? Because you are fit; it doesn’t need to beat that hard to do that level of work; unlike the unfit person whose heart has to beat fast at the least amount of physical exertion on their part.)
