Nose Breathing Enhances Memory Consolidation

Of all the good reasons for breathing through the nose, something often discussed and highly recommended on this Blog, these benefits were not anything that I would have predicted.

Summary: A new study reports you may be able to improve long term memory consolidation by simply breathing through your nose.
