Cell Phone Radiation & Your Health: the R2L

family-2

The R2L Reduces your exposure to damaging electromagnetic frequencies. We have them at the office if you would like to decrease your risk. ($29 plus tax = $31.69).

“The R2L is the smart choice for reducing your family’s exposure to cell phone radiation…

…because it’s the only product PROVEN to reduce your exposure to cell phone radiation up to 70%; that shows you that it’s working. Today, we use our cell phones and smart phones a lot more often than when the safety standards were written 30 years ago, and we’re exposing ourselves to far more radiation than anyone could ever have imagined.”

Mobile Phone Radiation IS BAD for Memory Performance in Adolescents

Filed under: Uncategorized — doctordilday @ 5:46 pm

Summary: A new study reports radiofrequency electromagnetic field exposure from cell phones over a year may have negative effects of memory performance in teens.

Source: Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute.

The rapid evolution of information and communication technologies (ICT) goes along with an increase in exposure to radiofrequency electromagnetic fields (RF-EMF) in our daily life. The most relevant exposure source to the brain is the use of a mobile phone close to the head. Several studies have been conducted to identify potential health effects related to RF-EMF, though results have remained inconclusive.

That is B.S.

Bad is bad. Arguing over how much for how long is how bad is silly (in the criminal sense). When the early cell phones came out they were as big as a brick. Soon the effects were obvious (obviously negative) and the phones were down-sized. I have talked about it here, and offered some help, but the momentum of the marketplace has rolled over the masses until it is excepted that all should worship the mobile – the consequences are the price of doing business. B.S.

Today’s Everett Herald: Brain Tumor Was Caused By Cell Phone Use

“Court Links cellphone to a man’s brain tumor.”

That was the article title in today’s paper that most caught my eye.

In 2005 I began Blogging because I care about your health and about helping you to make the best heath care decisions that you possible can. That was over a thousand Blog Posts ago.

Here are the Blog Posts I put up on the subject of cell phones causing health issues. I think that if you use a cell phone, you should know that risks. As usual, there is a reason you don’t know much about it: someone would rather you not (it would affect their profits)!

So here, in the news now, we have a guy who works for a company, spending several hours a day on the phone (Does that sound like anyone you know?). He developed a brain tumor. In court – because he lost his hearing in one ear and was disabled – it was determined that the cell phone use caused the tumor.

This won’t be the last time we hear this story: it is just the first.

There its a way to reduce your risks, several actually. We have plenty of paperwork on that, here in the office, that we can share with you.

We also have the R2L, which you can get to reduce your risk. Like any other measure aimed at reducing risk factors (think bending and lifting properly), it is no guarantee that you won’t suffer. It reduces your risk.

A brain tumor probably won’t happen to you. If it does, you may not loose you hearing. But do you want to take the chance? (When it comes to promoting health, it is often about managing risk factors: we are all going to die sometime. When, and how, is something that we can have some control over if we make the right choices before it is too late.)

State Secrets: You Heard It Here First

A very good friend told me at breakfast this morning that a person can give up being cynical (since it doesn’t help much in a transformational relationship). True enough. Then I got this article (below) in my email (and I was thoughtful of this recent Blog Post by me…). Welcome to the real world.

From the Friday, March 3, 2017 San Fransisco Chronicle…

SACRAMENTO — For years, state health officials kept secret a set of guidelines meant to inform the public about the risks associated with cell phone use and the best practices to avoid potential harm.

On Thursday, the California Department of Public Health released the guidelines, which advise cell phone users to keep the devices away from their bodies, keep calls short and to use the speaker phone on lengthy calls. The guidelines were released only after a Sacramento Superior Court judge indicated she would order them to be disclosed, and after The Chronicle told the state it was publishing a news story about the case.

The health department’s lawyers had argued in court that the guidelines were never formally approved by the agency and that releasing them to the public would cause unnecessary panic.

The two-page suggestions, which have been written and revised over the past seven years, are based on studies “that suggest that long-term cell phone use may increase the risk of brain cancer and other health problems,” according to the document, which includes a stamp saying it is a “draft and not for public release.”
