Brett Jones of StrongFirst writes on Tai Chi & Learning

He doesn’t realize that he is righting about tai chi, but everything that he says about learning and about kettle bells does apply to tai chi directly. And a complete system with a varied syllabus, taught well and practiced regularly, is a way to realize all the benefits of learning using the latest scientific technics. Tai chi has been doing it for 800 years!

FMS Flyer

“This work represents a powerful paradigm shift in athlete development. Gray shows how to identify and attack limiting factors, allowing athletes to realize their potential.”

Mark Verstegen – President, Athletes’ Performance

I could not agree more. The Functional Movement Screen testing, rehabilitation and thought process are the state of the art in performance training.

Here is the link to upcoming programs for learning from the best in the Seattle area.

For anything to do with Kettlebells or the FMS Andrea and the crew at Kettlebility are the go-to folks.

Kettlebells, Kettlebility and Oprah Magazine

If Oprah says it, it must be true...

If Oprah says it, it must be true…

Kettlebells and our good friends at Kettlebility in Seattle are featured in the January, 2013 issue of Oprah Magazine. I guess there will be more interest in Kettlebells.

I will go the record here, again, saying please be careful. Kettlebells have zero forgiveness for mistakes. Get only the best instruction in the use of the Kettlebell. And to get that I recommend you go to Seattle and pay Andrea and her crew to teach you. The cost will be more than offset by the medical bills you will not have to pay for injuries you will prevent by using correct technique. Trust me on this one:-)
