High Intensity Exercise Boosts Memory

Interestingly, I didn’t see the what the exercise was in the Abstract; and they also mentioned, indirectly, the importance of nutrition – or the importance of factors dependent on nutrition.

Just more evidence in support of what is already established: more exercise, more better!
